“Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! What I can say is I do not trust many contractors to do the work, but Drew's professionalism and his work was A+ along with his reliability. “The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

“No matter what has come up, and in a 220 year old house, believe me, things "come up" BAUER CONSTRUCTION has handled the situation with professionalism. They redid a dangerous (no kiddong) brick sidewalk, put in a beautiful brick driveway, and redid a winding brick pathway through the yard. BAUER construction literally rebuilt the house nextdoor. I watched their meticulous attention to detail, and the house looks amazing. As soon as possible, they are going to be replacing the cedar siding on part of my house. I'm sure they will do an excellent job. I'll come back and do an update when they're done. By all means - I HIGHLY recommend BAUER construction!”
