“Jeremy came highly recommended and he and his team did not disappoint. Right from the start we knew this was the right company to use to build our modern 2 story home. The building site was small with limited access but Jeremy was very organised and had all his ‘ducks in a row’, imperative for everything to run smoothly. He was open to using new and different materials, made appropriate suggestions and provided a very comprehensive breakdown of costs. Throughout the build we were involved and consulted, any issues which arose were dealt with and it was clear Jeremey knew the building regulations and was able to provide solutions to any problems.. His team were punctual, competent, respectful, tidy, friendly and easy to communicate with. Jeremey took away all the stress of building with his professional, considerate approach. Obviously with new builds there are the occasional things that need attention after the build has been completed and these were dealt with in a timely manner without any issues. We were so impressed with Buildam we used them again for renovations on another property. We are happy for Jeremy to contact us if you would like to discuss our recommendation.”

“GJD quoted our shower fix (we had a rotting base that needed remedying for house sale) and fixing some exterior cracks in cladding. GJD came in with the cheapest quote and fastest turnaround. Furthermore they then delivered the result coming in ahead of time and budget. All the sub contractors were great to deal with and we were thrilled with the result. I highly recommend and will use again.”

“Excellent work. Quick with communications, and built to a high-standard. Any problems we've had, they've gotten right on to it to resolve, or at-least start the resolution process. Project manager (Paul), and client coordinator and design consultant (Sarah) were exceptionally helpful. As issues came up (as they always do with builds), they were eager to sort the problem, and ensure we were happy. Only minor gripe regarding clearing of gorse from section, as verbally agreed, but not done - it had overgrown in the meantime while waiting. But in the scheme of things, it's only a small thing. They're honoring the warranty period, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.”
