“Ricky Greeve with Greeve Construction built my home in rural Pottawatomie County KS. We started from scratch, drew a plan together, and went from there. He did a fantastic job! Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but he struck the perfect balance between giving helpful guidance, and giving total freedom to do what we wanted. It would not have turned out nearly as good without him. His subcontractors are competent and polite, and all interactions were promptly responded to. “Dultmeier Homes Inc built our hose in 2013. We have a solid, well-built home where attention was paid to every detail that went into our home. Both Chuck Dultmeier and Jon Rollenhagen took the time to show us around during the construction phase and are still around if we needed anything post completion. All the tradesmen are professional and very welcoming when we would drop by unannounced during the construction phase. They have an in house designer, Annette Stahl who was instrumental in assisting us with the home plan and design from the inside out. This is a very honest home builder and we are so happy with the outcome of our new home. Our family members in Florida wish that this builder would expand down South. It is hard to find honest quality builders, but that is what you will get if you choose Dultmeier Homes Inc.”
