An excellent company resulting in a beautifully renovated bathroom and utility room. All tradesmen were polite, tidy and efficient. The project manager responded quickly to queries and concerns. And work completed to the estimated timescale. Thoroughly recommended. And we will be using them again.

This was the first time that we have used a business to project manage alterations/renovations. Dealing with Wayne was an easy process and communication through the process was good. A deciding factor in using Refresh was their guarantee of their work and that of their sub-contractors. COVID - 19 did cause some delays which were understandable given the circumstances. I would certainly recommend Wayne and the team at Refresh Renovation.

We planned a kitchen and wash-house renovation in an old house involving rebuilding and refurbishing. The work needed more trades than we could successfully organise ourselves so we engaged Refresh Renovations from Palmerston North to manage the process. Unfortunately, same day we signed the contract NZ went into the first Co-vid lock-down. When lock-down finished Wayne was quickly in touch and, with Brian and the rest of the team, soon got things organised. I'm sure that the post Co-vid catch-up put extreme pressure on the Refresh team but our job went very smoothly. Wayne kept us informed when changes in planning were needed and was always available to answer questions. We appreciated the Refresh teams positive and cheerful interactions with us. The job was finished on time with no surprises and to a very high standard, we are very pleased with the outcome. We would happily recommend Refresh Renovations as managers of complex renovations.

We worked with the Team at Refresh Renovations when we were looking for some advice about how to bring more light into the hallway of our 100 year old home. The solution needed to fit in with the character of our home but be practical and fulfill our brief. We looked at a couple of options & ended up with a Sun Tunnel being fitted by a great Team who were professional & fast! We are delighted with the result and would recommend using Refresh Renovations when considering any housing projects.

We decided to completely start again with a new kitchen after buying an older property. We started with Mitre ,10 and Refresh Renovations was recommended to supply and install the kitchen. We dealt with Brian almost the whole way through. He was so professional and organised, it was a pleasure to have him on our property. He arranged all the other tradespeople and nothing was too much problem. We now have a gleaming very workable kitchen and I have to say it would have been very difficult to achieve without them. I contacted Wayne from recommendations saying that he was reliable and was doing smaller reno jobs in the area. I was surprised at the prompt contact, timely and professional. From there it was all go - they could do the work and fit the time lines I had been hoping for. The plan for the veranda came together easily, Wayne and the builder quickly grasped what I envisaged the end result would look like, and gave excellent advice. And wow, the team arrived and within days the wood was painted, the perfect colour and finish, and the veranda was up and finished. Even my neighbours came out to marvel at what a great addition the veranda was to my home and how beautiful it is. This renovation has improved our lifestyle by creating an outdoor living area, and I have no doubt it has added value to my home. Thank you Wayne your talented and friendly team. Highly recommended.
