“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“I have both Sold and Listed New Homes for Sapphire Home NW. I have been selling and listing New Homes since 1988 working with several New Home builders. What I appreciate most about Sapphire is their commitment to their Tag Line "Built to Last". Most folks never get to see what is behind the walls, these homes are built very well. Two other areas that are important to both me and my clients is the effort that Sapphire goes to in an effort to make a sale happen and make it a good experience, they are very fair to deal with, this is unusual for most Home Builders in my opinion. Next is what happens after the sale, Customer Service and Follow up are the Best I have experienced. With other Home Builders I have dealt with Customer Service is often an after thought and it means I have to hound them to satisfy my clients, not the case with Sapphire, they get it done, they want satisfied customers and they do deliver. I highly recommend Sapphire Homes if you are looking to purchase a New Home.”

“Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! “I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular.
