Paul has undertaken a total renovation of our house including and not limited to a new kitchen, a walk in wardrobe conversion an extension to our house and extending various rooms by taking walls out and replacing with supporting beams etc
The quality of the work is second to none and Paul is always very accommodating to our needs. We have since had Paul undertake electrical upgrades and audio system installations

Paul and his team at Tailored Building Solutions (TBS) did a renovation and addition to our 1960's house in Howick Auckland . His brief was to keep the new addition in line with the existing house , something TBS did extremely well . Other than the usual council hold ups the project was completed on time and to a very high standard . I would not hesitate to recommend TBS for any future renovations .

Paul and his team at Tailored Building Solutions handled the renovations of our lounge, kitchen and dining room, which included removing a wall, removing a wood burner and brick work, completely gutting two of these rooms and re-lining the walls and ceilings. They fully managed the project including coordination of the kitchen manufacturer, all materials, tradies and site access. Two of Paul's builders in particular were excellent - friendly, skilled, hard working and cleaned up the site each day before they left. This was important to us as we are a busy household of 5 adults and a small child, and remained living in the house during the renovation.
This project was completed within agreed timeframes and on budget. Highly recommend

Tailored Building Solutions completed a rebuilt for me and turned the worst house into a modern sun drenched home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large decked area, state of the art kitchen and scullery.
I highly recommend Tailored Building Solutions and jut love my new home. If I decide to rebuild or renovate in the future, I would definitely work with Tailored Buidling Solutions again.
