Das Haus Limited is a residential design company based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Prinicipal Architect is Mac Machdoem. Mac completed his Architecture Degree from University of Applied Science in Constance, Western Germany. Mac is now based in Christchurch, NZ. We are here to help you with; Developing new business opportunities Preparing document to support development, negotiating with finance institution/ banks, preparing building consent applications and liasing with council. Assisting with the sales/ marketing/ duties of a property manager. Producing 3D design using software SKETCH UP. Project managing and work with other technical team of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Estimator.
