Home Builders in Ghatkesar, Telangana, India

“Building a house is one thing. Building a house while living thousands of miles away and trusting someone else to bring your dream to life is an entirely different challenge. Looking back, finding Rachana was one of the best things that happened during our home-building journey. From day one, she took the time to understand our requirements, listened patiently to our ideas, and always provided honest feedback on what would work and how it could be improved. She consistently came up with creative suggestions, shared references, and helped transform our vision into a beautiful and practical home design. After the design phase, we faced another challenge finding the right builder. Rachana introduced us to a few options, and fortunately we had the opportunity to work with her father, Mr. Jawahar. From that point onward, many of our worries disappeared. Mr. Jawahar brought tremendous experience and professionalism to the project, while Rachana ensured that the design vision was maintained throughout construction. Their coordination and teamwork were exceptional. Since I live abroad, managing a construction project remotely could have been extremely stressful. Instead, Rachana and her father made the entire process smooth and worry-free. They treated the project as if it were their own home. Whether it was selecting wood, stone, sanitaryware, fixtures, or helping us make countless decisions from a distance, Rachana went above and beyond. She personally visited stores, shortlisted options, shared photos and videos, and helped us make informed decisions throughout the project. Communication was one of their biggest strengths. Rachana was always available whenever we had questions and kept us updated regularly. Whenever we requested changes or upgrades, they were accommodating and found practical solutions without unnecessary complications. What impressed me most was the level of ownership they took. Even though her father was executing the construction, Rachana continued to represent our interests as the architect and ensured that the final outcome stayed true to the design. One of the most remarkable parts of this journey is that I was present only for the ground-breaking ceremony, and the next time I saw the house in person was at handover. Walking into the completed home was an unforgettable moment. The final result exceeded all our expectations and looked even better than the photos and videos we had seen during construction. Almost everyone who has visited our home has praised the design, quality, and overall execution. We are incredibly grateful to Rachana and Mr. Jawahar for helping us create our dream home. If you're looking for an architect who genuinely listens, cares about your project, and goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional results, I would recommend Rachana without hesitation.”

“We have had an awesome experience with "The Cactus" that we engaged for our 3.5 BHK, full-home apartment interior. They did the full-home tile replacement, false ceiling and the complete home interior. We arrived at the final design after several rounds of constructive discussions with designer Akansha. We engaged with her more than 6 months before the apartment handover that left us with lots of time to think through and revisit the ideas. During the design phase, Akansha would freely share her own opinions and inputs that we could consider before making final design choices. During the execution phase that lasted for about 3.5 months the beautiful design became a stunning reality, flawlessly executed by Akansha and her execution time. It was so amazing to see that the final output of each room matched and sometimes bettered the render design. Akansha skillfully accommodated our specific requirements and preferences while being candid on ideas that would and would not work. Akansha has been creative, accommodative, patient and has taken great ownership and responsibility for her work. She accompanied us for numerous store visits for selection of laminates, finishes, door handles, tile, kitchen top, curtains, paint, wallpaper and guided us to make our selections in an efficient way sharing all the pros and cons of our selections. We felt confident about our selections owing to the information and productive discussions with Akansha. Akansha also provided design consultation for selection of sofa and other home furniture. The execution team at "The Cactus" were thoroughly professional to complete all the planned work items on time. We made site visits only when requested and never had to baby sit or oversee any of the work. Akansha and her team were quite thorough, detail oriented and owned the work completely. They were gracious enough to accommodate several other work like helping with installation of fans & lights, bathroom fittings and even doubled up to receive delivery and oversee installation of electrical appliances. They have been such good professionals that they feel responsible for all the work they have done and open to fix anything based on suggestion even if it was a small blip that can be corrected. Overall, we have had an excellent experience working with Akansha and The Cactus team. The money spent has been fully worthwhile. They have delivered us a beautiful family home that we can cherish for the years to come.”
