“My company owns and manages an upscale apartment community in Charlottesville, VA. After 11 years the clubhouse/leasing office was in dire need of a new look that mirrored the classical and tasteful architecture of the buildings. “My husband and I have worked with Dale Davis Designs on three projects--two commercial projects for businesses we own and more recently on our vacation home. Dale is amazingly creative! She truly thinks outside of the box in coming up with unique ways to incorporate our own style and ideas while elevating things to a higher level. She was able to tie together our many ideas to create functional and cohesive spaces. She is very detail oriented and works well with the many contractors and subcontractors involved in large projects, whether they are renovations or new builds. Dale goes above and beyond to help projects meet deadlines and budgets. We couldn't be happier with our experiences with Dale Davis!”

“Due to an out of state move we needed to sell our house in Lynchburg VA. We listed with our Realtor John Walker, in June. She did a good job of bringing prospective buyers in but they always had the same criticism. The paint colors were dated and the kitchen counters were unappealing. After several months of this we spoke to the Realtor about staging the house. She brought in Tera Janelle Design. Tera painted the first floor with a fresh contemporary palate. She changed out the counters to quartz of a color that coordinated with the existing kitchen cabinets and staged the house. Within six weeks we got a firm offer. We thought we would be waiting until after the holidays but the offer came in Christmas week. Tera Janelle Design did the work on time and at the budget estimate. We would hire Tera Jangle Design again. -David Blackinton”

She is professional, friendly and accommodating in her schedule and the fresh ideas she brings to you for your individual projects to create a new personalized conception for your space or piece. Also, as an additional strength, she is persistent in seeking out to find just the right materials for your project and then implements them in a timely schedule and tries diligently to meet every aspect of the project. She leaves you feeling like you have a new friend, one you can count on, project after project. She will be helping with my next project, within the next 6-8 months.”
