“Curtis did the design for my kitchen remodel and then oversaw the construction from start to finish. He is an absolute perfectionist and takes every single detail into account when doing a project. The entire process was an absolute pleasure. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and completely unique. The project has been complete for a few months and every day I say to myself, "Curtis did a really, really great job in here." I was on a pretty tight budget but Curtis knew how to incorporate high-end elements while keeping other costs down. “Wendy is a very knowledgable and artistic designer. I enjoyed her perserverance and enthusiasm in getting a fresh, new bedroom remodel. She made a myriad of professional suggestions, and for the most part, we followed them. Her contractor put in high tech lighting, patched up the ceiling with new plaster, brought in new baseboards,and crown moulding. He worked with a painter to make sure that proper care was given to every detail. in addtion, he saw that all of the old materials were removed on time. Ilike the way that he made a conscious effort to make us as comfortable as possible while the remodel was going on. Fans, hoses, mats, and plastic sheetingi were applied to keep the dust and fumes at bay. Wendy brought in high quality fabrics from a designer show that she had visited in San Francisco. She also helped me in selecting carpet, drapery material, bedding, framing,and floral arrangements on sight. I was able to get a good discount on my light fixtures by dropping her name as well. Wendy found a tile man to install some tile for me in our bathroom as well. He showed up and worked over Memorial Weekend. Infact, all of the personel that we worked with proved to be respectful and on time. I love my new remodel! I'm glad that we made the decision to hire her!”

She provided extensive space planning and used 3-D modeling and rendering that brought life and excitement to the project. Cecilia has a keen eye for design and detailed space planning, and she is very innovative in using small spaces efficiently, Cecilia has a unique combination of talents which make her invaluable during the process. 1924 Spanish Colonial in Santa Rosa. Renovations totaling $60K. Completely renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms, refinished flooring, painted inside and out, restored fireplace, new dry wall, moldings, built-its, added half bath. All new electric, plumbing, and HVAC. 1928 Spanish Contemporary in Redondo Beach. Major remodel totaling $250K, raised ceilings, new foundation, added roof top garden, all new walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, bathrooms, high end kitchen. “In my first meeting with Laura she made sure to find out my likes and dislikes about a colors, materials, and displays. I also sent her some pictures from HOUZZ with the images of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. that I found beautiful and were very close to what I wanted for the new house. In the following meetings we went through a variety of of colors, materials, and textures for the different rooms of the house. We are extremely excited to see in the near future the results once the house is finished and all those colors, stones, lights, flooring, and the rest are going to look. But my spouse and I are convinced that Laura's work is going to make the house ten times more beautiful than if we (who think we have good taste) had chosen all those items without Laura's guidance. We are really thankful to her!!!”

“Mansfield and O'Neil helped us with a complete remodel of our home. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts! Originally we had a small galley kitchen, a family room that was too small for all of us to sit in, and an enormous living and dining room that we never used. With the help of an architect, Lisa and Tiffany helped us think through and create a family space that really works for our family. It is no exaggeration to say that our newly redesigned home has changed the way we live. The colors and textures throughout the house are now sophisticated and family friendly. Little things like handles, outlet covers, etc. all received extensive thought and planning and it shows in the final product. Tiffany and Lisa are a pleasure to work with-- professional, friendly, and fun to work with. Lastly, we had a strict budget and really didn't want to go over our number like so many remodels do. Tiffany and Lisa spent hours putting together spreadsheets that helped us understand what our costs would be and where we could cut back if we wanted. In the end, we were able to complete the project within our budget and we LOVE our new house! Thank you Mansfield and O'Neil!”
