“I had a wonderful experience with Neatsmith from start to finish once choosing my bespoke wardrobe. I went to the showroom in London, which is quite big and gives an idea of the products they make. The staff members were very friendly and particularly helpful. The lady was taking care of my order by providing various options and discussing it with me. We had to change the sketch several times and she was always happy to do that and to great standards. The wardrobe was made without any delays as promised. The lady from the office was very helpful in setting the fitting time and answering any queries I had. She also did a brilliant job in organising the fitting day, which took one day and I am very pleased about it. The fitter came on time and took care of covering the flat from dust and making sure that everything is protected. He worked long that day and did a brilliant job. The wardrobes finish was perfect, every detail and corner was finished thoroughly. He cleaned everything before he left and it seemed that the wardrobe was always there.
