My husband and I had signed a contract with another company to design, build and install our kitchen renovation and two weeks before the project was to begin we were dumped by them because of internal issues on their end. The designer we had been working with asked if she could send our designs to Bill at Canadiana to see if he could help. With absolutely zero expectations, we said yes. Within a few hours of her contacting Bill, we had a phone call from him and an appt set up for the very next day. After checking out their website, we were tentative, but optimistic that this would be a good meeting. Within moments of meeting Bill and his staff, we knew we were in the right place and in good hands! Bill has grown this business from the ground up, and that is clearly evident when he interacts with his customers. There isn't a part of that shop that he isn't familiar with and he makes it a habit to routinely go out on the floor and inspect the work that his team is doing. The level of customer service from Canadiana Cabinetry has been outstanding throughout the entire process. Any time we've contacted Bill with questions or needing specs for other contractors, he's always responded within a few hours if not immediately. “We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up. Aside from having a great experience dealing with Sukhi, we had a sneak peek at the manufacturing/showroom side of the headquarters and it was as massive as it was pristine. The employees all seem very content to work there and everyone was very friendly, which is quite a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you guys for your top notch service and courtesy!”

“Ordered the pro series 3.0 garage shelving system in white for a craft room. I absolutely love these shelves, they give me lots of drawers for organization, was easy to install, and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well made high quality organization solution. I got soft close drawers and doors, under cabinet lighting, and beautiful bamboo work tops included with this system when all of those would be a costly upgrade with normal wood cabinets.”

“My wife and I were shopping around to have our kitchen, front closet, bathrooms and master walk-in done. We contacted 5 different companies and had them come out to the house to estimate the job. Out of all the people that came, Dean made us feel the most comfortable with his knowledge and creative input. He made a strong impression on us and wanted to make sure we would get exactly what we wanted. For the kitchen we went with a standard white shaker style with an island. He made us a beautiful custom range hood and the end panel design on the island is beyond our expectations. He also put in matching side panels for the built in fridge and range that made the kitchen come together wonderfully. Lots of other customization for the drawers, door styles and accessories we got to choose from was far beyond our expectations. For the master bath and walk-in we had a particular design in mind and Dean was helpful with accommodating. He added a few key ideas that my wife really liked (closet organizer, shoes etc.) and she was over the moon when it was completed. The drawer and storage options are a real space saver and everything fits together perfectly. For the bathrooms we did basic design similar to the kitchen, didn't want to go to crazy but still came out great. For the kitchen and bathrooms countertops we ended up using granite through Dean because his prices were unbeatable. I guess because he does higher volume he gets a better discount. Anyways his countertop guys were great and did a fantastic job when they came in. They also did the backsplash in the kitchen. All in all I give this company 5 stars based on customer relations and quality of work. It took me a while to finally do this review since the work was done a few months ago, just been so busy this summer. Since then all of our friends that have seen it want to get their kitchens done, and a couple are looking to get work done in the coming months. I would highly recommend anyone to use Kitchen Crafters. -Andrew”
