His attention to detail, from the selection of tile and accessories to paint colors and installation, is as close to perfection as I've ever seen or experienced. He listened to me and offered great ideas that blend exquisite style, solid construction, and seamless functionality according to my goals, needs and budget. He is honest and up front about cost and is a great example of getting what you pay for. He completely remodeled three bathrooms (two full baths and one half bath) and a laundry room, all within the agreed upon budget and timeline. His crew is excellent and he spends time with both client and crew on a regular basis during the construction phase to assure that everything is according to plan, down to the finest detail. He has my highest recommendation. If I have additional projects, he's the only one I would hire to do them.”

“We were so lucky to have come across Mr. Sarkissian's company after a string of remodeling disasters resulting in the firing of the general contractor. Mr. Sarkissian's company took over and completed our kitchen remodeling project, including installing the custom cabinetry and granite counter top. Quality of work - excellent. Mr. Sarkissian is a master carpenter who cares about the quality and look of the finished product as much us, the home owners. The crown molding came too short for the ceiling. He machined an extra layer at his shop to fill the gap between the cabinets and ceiling. It turned out beautifully. The cabinets, molding and counter top are lined up just so and we are very happy with the sharp look. Mr. Sarkissian pays attention to every details. At the end of each job, he usually has a longer "to be fixed" list than ours. without asking, he offered to come back to adjust the cabinets after they are loaded with heavy dinnerware for period of time. It is a treat to work with somebody who is skillful, conscientious and proud of his work. He even boxed in our range hood with material that matches perfectly with the cabinetry. Planning and communication - excellent. Mr. Sarkissian always plans ahead and discusses the details of each job with us. He is very experienced and has good solutions to our problems. His firm calls and sends emails about their coming and going, and any schedule change. On time and on budget - excellent. Mr. Sarkissian is competent and crisp, finishing each job quickly instead of dragging on. His price is also excellent considering the quality. Our only regret is that we did not find him earlier as our general contractor as well as cabinet maker. It would have saved us a lot of time and money. Oh, well, we will definitely use him in our next remodeling project. We loved Mr. Sarkissian's cheerfulness and can-do attitude. It has been a joy to work with him.”
