“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We are renovating our house and it has 3 bathrooms that need bathtubs and sinks. I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of decisions being thrown at me in this very large renovation. I came across Badeloft.com and I just loved the look of their tubs/sinks. They were the only company to send us stone resin material samples of their glossy and matte finish. The material felt very solid and durable. I went with the BW01XL in matte finish since it was very modern looking. If you buy 3 or more they give you a nice contractor discount and their customer service and communication was A+++. Shipping was decently priced and on time. I would recommend Badeloft to anyone! Thank you!”

Her efficient, gracious customer service, and the level of detail and accountability she demonstrated on our master bathroom remodel project was outstanding. Laura, carefully listened to our design ideas and truly understood our likes and wants and was instrumental in assisting us to achieve our dream bathroom. These days it is not often that a sales associate goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Laura. “When we redecorated my daughter's room, she made it clear that everything must be purple. I searched everywhere for purple drawer liners, and only found the scented kind. Our family has allergies so that just wasn't an option. I was thrilled to finally find chicshelfpaper.com. They offer every color and design you can imagine, and will even pre-cut the paper to your specifications!”

“I have been working with Bath Concepts on a ongoing basis for four years now. The staff is so professional in all areas of their business. They go out to my client's houses to take accurate measurements for the custom glass shower surrounds, confirm with me all the details (for example: height, glass thickness, hardware selection, finish color) before the unit goes into production. They go back and install ontime, everytime and they make sure the job is clean and that the client understands that they need to let the shower door caulking cure for a certain amount of time before they can open the door and/or use the shower. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a shower door.”

“I was so excited to find this spice cabinet because it was the exact size I needed to fit the space! The location is perfect- right in the cooking triangle. We love being able to see the spices at eye level, just like we had before our kitchen remodel. The cabinet lowers and raises with ease. Thank you to Clint for helping us understand which one to buy. We love it!”

“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time. “We recently completed a gut remodel of a home in San Francisco. When searching for a high end kitchen provider, I had a few companies to choose from, but ultimately chose Seimatic. Mariana was the absolutely the main reason I chose Seimatic. She was friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions in a friendly and timely manner. She was also helpful with giving design advice fir the adjacent dining area, so that the continuity between the two areas was maintained, resulting in a gorgeous kitchen/ dining area. Now that the house is completed, I constantly hear how beautiful our kitchen is and that it should be in a magazine ( there are plans to have it photographed soon!) Mariana and Seimatic delivered an absolutely gorgeous kitchen! Five stars:)!”
