“Richard Ryder did a large renovaton for me including gutting my master bath and closet, upgrading two more baths, installing hard wood floors, installing all new light fixtures, widening closet doors, taking down a wall, and painting the entire interior. He is currently doing repairs on a second home we have recently purchased. My master bath and closet were a disaster. Richard not only refurbished the space, he completely redesigned it creating a spa like oasis that we still can't believe is ours. He did the carpentry on the built-ins himself. “Wow! I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I met with her over a year ago to discuss a kitchen renovation. I had a few ideas in my head of bits and pieces of what I WANTED in this dream kitchen - but not being a visual person - I could not "see" any possibilities of converting my current space into my dream space. Within 5 minutes of walking into my home, Kelly said "oh my gosh, we have sooooo much potential here"! Really? I sure couldn't see it......but Kelly immediately walked around the space saying "we can do this here, and move the sink here, etc." I was immediately overwhelmed and incredibly impressed with her ability to "see" a new design. She got busy sketching and measuring and within a week, had me several options to ponder over. Because I was going through chemo at the time, I knew I couldn't start the renovation right away - but not being in a rush gave us plenty of time to revisit the design and eventually come up with the perfect plan for our kitchen. I knew I wanted distressed gray cabinets, and I knew I wanted a farm sink......and a pantry.....and darker floors - but what I didn't know was how to pull all that together. When your designer gets excited and says "oh, oh, I know.....Fantasy Brown granite will be PERFECT with these cabinets and Special Walnut will be an awesome stain for your floors"......you have to believe her!! And she was right! My kitchen is 90% complete right now......all that's left is installing a backsplash and doing the final electrical and plumbing tasks. I am beyond thrilled with the transformation that has taken place!! I promise to post pics once everything is complete! If you are wanting to renovate but really have no clue where to start.....Kelly is your girl! You will NOT be disappointed!”

“A&M (Tim Mitchell) has done work at my house in the past. He converted an attached garage into a huge bonus room, built a detached garage with breezeway, and a screened in back porch. His last job at my house was extensive. New windows, three new bathrooms, and a new complete front porch the length of the house. I may not suggest this to everyone but none of the jobs above were done with a contract. I told him what I wanted, we negotiated a price (give or take a grand) and he did the project in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. He is clean and a stickler for detail. I would recommend A&M (Tim Mitchell) to anyone doing work on their home. You can find a contractor for less money but you cannot find piece of mind, outstanding craftmanship, and a guy who will be around for a long time.”
