“Ward5 Design is not only creative, but they provided staging solutions that were practical, affordable, and stylish. I hired Ward5 Design for a mid sized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Astoria, Queens. Prior to getting the house staged, buyer reactions were lukewarm at best with offers that were way below our asking price. Post staging the offers poured in and we accepted a great price within the first week. The staging really does make a huge difference. Amazing, affordable and such a pleasure to work with.”

“They did a great job. They were very professional and clean. They adhere to the rules of the co op I live in and took out the garbage after they finished. “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“Joanne and her team at Fazio Tile have been incredibly helpful, thorough, and professional throughout my co-op apartment renovation. I initially thought I was just coming here to order some tile for the bathroom, but Joanne ended up helping us with with the entire project, including sourcing product that she didn't even carry, just to make sure we got the best price possible. Their team was even kind enough to order everything and hold it for us until our contractor was ready to pick it up. She patiently walked through every little detail imaginable with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything, and she always gave us her honest opinion without ever trying to sway or push us to make a decision. I would not hesitate to work with Fazio Tile again in the future for any other project that comes up.”

“Skydell Contracting did an amazing job. Although this was a Master Bath renovation, the project could be viewed as new construction. What a fabulous project this bathroom came to be. The project managers and the staff at Skydell were always professional. When issues did arise, the owner Richard Skydell was immediately there to ascertain the problem and was quick to offer options. We had some of our own ideas that were always welcomed. We would certainly recommend these folks who can handle everything for your home. The bathroom involved total demolition of the existing bath, new insulation and walls. New plumbing, water closet, installation of carrera stone work, electrical and all woodwork. We are very happy with the outcome.”
