Charlotte has designed 2 kitchens, 2 laundries and 1 scullery in 2 different houses for us. She was an excellent listener who quickly understood our dreams and themes. She linked this into practical and sophisticated options meaning complex decisions became much easier to make. She was very quick to provide images of the projects which always closely reflected our discussions. The finished product was of outstanding quality and impact in our homes, delivered on time and on budget. She bent over backwards to solve problems quickly, whilst maintaining the integrity of the projects, It was an obvious choice to re-engage her for our second home, a completely differently themed house.
