“I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Woodland Construction Group in Portland, Oregon. I am so thrilled with the results! They were able to take my outdated kitchen and transform it into a beautiful, functional space that has completely reimagined my living experience. I especially love the new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, which give the space a modern and fresh look. I can not believe how great everything looks! The upgraded lighting they chose made a huge difference as well. This was one change that I did not realize would make such a big improvement to our kitchen. “Needed and existing water heater replace. Had know idea what i was doing. Contacted Patrick at Conrad Construction to get information. He provided all the information i needed without cost or expectation of having them do the work. He gave us multiple options and made sure they fit with our price point. I elected to have him do the work and it was exceptional work he provided. Not only did they deliver and install withing a couple of hours, they provided excellent information about care and up keep. I would and will recommend Conrad construction to others. We have a wall removal project and intend to go with them to do the work.”

“Northalnd Design and Build made our home remodel a great experience. Gina, the designer, quickly grasped our vision and directed our search, making it fun and productive. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

“Last fall, we took on our first remodel project (master bath) and hired Kathie Maughan to work with us on the project. While we had the choice of just having her do a design for us, we knew we wanted the added comfort of having her handle all the details, and had her manage the project as well. This was a really good decision. Kathie made sure we felt comfortable with every phase of the project and worked hard at correcting any issues that came up. She checked in almost every day and was always available to answer my questions (even on a Saturday at one point). But beyond the pleasure of working with Kathie, is the pleasure of working with her wonderfully conscientious crew. They answered questions, explained processes and were unfailingly friendly and courteous. This is a great bunch of people to have come into your home and leave a beautiful space behind. We are truly pleased with the results and will use Maughan Design again in the future.”
