“Eric has been wonderful to work with! We hired him for a complete renovation of a bathroom in our home that was built in 1920. He listened to our thoughts and concerns and helped us maintain the charm of our old home while completely updating the bathroom. He was timely with his bid which included 4 possible options presented to us via computer renderings of the space. He completely gutted our bathroom to the studs including expanding the bathroom into an adjacent closet. He paid close attention to details of the room including structural asymmetries that he needed to correct. Using his civil engineering background, he was able to make the not-so-level space that has been settling over the past 100 years (including roof, windows, doorways and floor) completely level and proper. Something that another contractor may ignore or not see and simply dry-wall over, Eric paid attention to! Again, I think his years of experience in engineering really shine as he pays attention to structural details and knows how to fix it. The plumbing and electrical were all updated and integrated into the existing infrastructure. He installed new windows. He spent hours with us choosing our tile and plumbing. He was very responsive and always easy to get in touch with and talk to. He uses a neat app that allows us to follow his progress. He provides daily updates on that app with photos and a “job log.” He also includes the budget on that app. Speaking of budget — the final payment was spot on from the initial bid which was amazing. Eric recreated molding for our doors and windows that we could not find anywhere! They match the rest of our home perfectly! He restored the original medicine cabinet and sink which was super important to us. Again, using his craftsmanship he recreated the molding on the medicine cabinet to match the rest of the home. He paid great attention to detail and takes pride in his craftsmanship work. He was clean and respectful of our home and space. He always left his work space clean and organized. He is very honest and earnest. The project stayed on time and was seamless. We plan to hire Eric again in the near future! We high recommend him for any project!”

That’s why you hire a designer; he has the expertise to know how to configure a space based on how it will be used. From the materials to the cabinets, to recommendations for appliances, Steve was able to help us execute the vision we had for the kitchen into two other rooms. Given a choice between ‘making due’ with an inefficient existing layout, and going the extra mile to transform it into the heart of the house, we didn’t hesitate. It was worth the effort!”

I panicked when I realized the magnitude of remodeling a kitchen and all the decisions that needed to be made. Brandon, Laura, and their crew made the whole process of designing and installing the kitchen so easy and streamlined. What a huge stress reducer! Brandon did a great job of listening to what we wanted in our kitchen, offering suggestions and insight, and then making it happen. Laura was helpful in the selection of cabinet styles, colors, counter tops, etc. All communications were prompt. All the cabinets are made right there in their workshop, and the quality is amazing. The guys who came to do the demo and install did a fantastic job! They were respectful and never left a mess behind. Everyone who has come into our new kitchen loves it. “We hired Trinity Renovation to completely remodel a kitchen and living room. This required removing walls, etc. Additionally we hired them to add 500 sq ft to the back of our home. This company fulfilled our requests, and then some. The owner, Scott Monday, met with us on several occasions to make sure the project was progressing the way we desired. His staff of builders and subcontractors were all very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They met all deadlines and we were pleased that the project stayed within the budget we had spoken about. Each day we came home from work to a clean work site. We would highly recommend this company for new build and remodel projects.”

“We had been looking for a design architect to remodel a 1960's farm house in Napa Valley. Two attempts with others had resulted in frustration until Don Gross came to our property and offered a design that helped integrate the exiting two bedroom four car garage guest house with the remodel. Don is an amazing designer and problem solver par excellance. He helped picked the building team and worked for two years with them and me as the General Contractor.
