“Amazing service ! 5 star ! Having moved up from Christchurch I was in need of a new builder . I needed a new facade concreted and built at the entrance to my house and organised Hamids team to do the job . I was amazed at how fast and professionally the job was done , especially with the detailed and technical stainless finish that was specified . The boys were great to have around and very curtious giving me some great ideas as well ! I would not hesitate at all to put Hamids team forward for any job in the future and look forward to working with him again ! Cheers Hamish north shore”

“Andrew was a fabulous tradesman who fitted a cavity-slider in our Bedroom-to-ensuite rennovation. It was not a straight-forward job matching old-house to new-materials. Andrew went the extra mile and kindly gave us some valuable tips for our project and was a pleasant perspon in our house. We'd definitely engage with Andrew again and recommend him to others.”

“We employed Manly Construction after friends recommended them. We wanted to undertake an extensive renovation and doubling in size of our house. We obtained one other quote, but the estimated pricing was too open. Gareth (Manly Construction) was honest about our budget and the possible areas of over runs in a reno of this size. We continued to live downstairs whilst the house was extended over 2 more floors, 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, new kitchen and flooring, and a complete new roof. The team from Manly were always respectable and flexible with a family of four (and an attention demanding dog) living on site, and we always felt totally comfortable around all of the team, which we had not experienced with our 2 other builds with different builders. The weather wasn't always kind, but they worked through and took care of the parts of the house not being renovated. We were a particularly fussy client, especially living on site and inspecting work daily. We finished pretty much on schedule and overspent by the amount we were warned we could at the beginning, We changed the plans and detail more than once and this was never an issue. All council inspections were passed first time including the final. We ended up selling and moving after about 12 months and received lots of praise for the finish and quality. We would highly recommend Gareth and his team from Manly construction, and if he'd have us, we would use him again!”

The team were still there when I started my part of the project and we respectfully collaborated in the same space. I found the overall experience with Broswick to be the best I have had with a building company and I would absolutely recommend them.”

“Arise Builders completed renovations at my home recently. From the beginning they were caring and considerate of my needs. Nothing was a problem and they gave good solid advice. We started with a new wall across the hallway creating a butlers pantry and moved to a complete bathroom renovation where everything was changed. The same with the kitchen - its all different. Arise Builders arranged contractors who came when they said they would and together we've created a beautiful home from a very tired 1980's house.”

“Building with Smith Contruction is an absolute pleasure. Our build came in on time, on budget and higher spec than our plans (due to high wind zone). The house is now 3 years old and still looks and feels brand new. For high spec, quality and bespoke designs that really require that extra attention to detail, you can't go past Smith Construction for delivering a brilliant end product. Great communication and highly recommended!!!”
