“We contacted Katrina after receiving recommendations for her services from friends. As we live over 500km from her we were unsure as to how this could work… It worked PERFECTLY. Much of our consult was by phone and email/photos with Katrina visiting us whenever she was in our area…probably three times since we started. Our emails have been promptly answered, often within a couple of hours. We have never waited for more than 24 hrs. Our home is large and very tired, in need of a total refurbishment which we knew would take a long time, depending on our energy levels and the availability of tradesmen. This didn’t faze Katrina one bit..she has been with us for the Long Haul. We really appreciated her ability to tune into the style we wanted. She listens VERY well! We have so far completed a large bathroom (stunning) smaller bathroom/laundry (changed our daily lives significantly) reroofed and repainted the exterior (changed the look of our home beyond our imaginations), painted a stunning large feature wall in our entry/main lounge area a colour we would never have had the courage to use ( have had lots of “amazed” “wow” “that’s incredible” “we are going to use that colour now too” feedback from friends and neighbours on this) and have nearly completed plans to refurbish three guest bedrooms and a hallway. These rooms include all the soft furnishings as well as colours and lighting. Apart from all the design and colour help, Katrina has organised taps, bathroom units, bench tops and a bathroom mirror and pointed us to other supplier for more interesting options than we would have found. Katrina has been a delight to work with, with her endless enthusiasm and lovely cheerful manner. Her charges have been more than reasonable…we realised a long time ago she has saved us a fortune in errors we would have made..so we really owe her! I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

Sarah came up with imaginative plans and gave me the confidence to personalize the kitchen. She had a great working relationship with the kitchen manufacturer and was able to coordinate other parts of the project. She managed the tiling and made sure the plumbers used appropriate parts. I certainly recommend her services.”
