Nick and his team show up on time, get the job done and don't settle for less than the highest quality work from their team and their contractors. The house that Nick built for my mum is elegant, beautiful and practical. His attention to detail shows on every surface, every corner and every function. He also worked with me when issues with dealing with trees on our property came up unexpectedly. He came up with a solution that fitted everyone involved. I doubt another builder would have worked with us with so much respect.”

“Jeremy came highly recommended and he and his team did not disappoint. Right from the start we knew this was the right company to use to build our modern 2 story home. The building site was small with limited access but Jeremy was very organised and had all his ‘ducks in a row’, imperative for everything to run smoothly. He was open to using new and different materials, made appropriate suggestions and provided a very comprehensive breakdown of costs. Throughout the build we were involved and consulted, any issues which arose were dealt with and it was clear Jeremey knew the building regulations and was able to provide solutions to any problems.. His team were punctual, competent, respectful, tidy, friendly and easy to communicate with. Jeremey took away all the stress of building with his professional, considerate approach. Obviously with new builds there are the occasional things that need attention after the build has been completed and these were dealt with in a timely manner without any issues. We were so impressed with Buildam we used them again for renovations on another property. We are happy for Jeremy to contact us if you would like to discuss our recommendation.”

“GJD quoted our shower fix (we had a rotting base that needed remedying for house sale) and fixing some exterior cracks in cladding. GJD came in with the cheapest quote and fastest turnaround. Furthermore they then delivered the result coming in ahead of time and budget. All the sub contractors were great to deal with and we were thrilled with the result. I highly recommend and will use again.”

“Awesome tradesmen, great team of hard-working professionals. They turn up when they say they will, keep in touch on anything needing communication. I've used them for multiple projects over the years - my own home renovations, new builds, and a major rental property renovation of an old bungalow. The pricing and project info requested on this site relates to the most recent, and most complex, project. It took 8 months I'd totally recommend them.”
