Shop Elsewhere! I put in a service call to have Ethan Allen Come look at loveseats purchased less than 2 years ago. I spent nearly $10,000 on furniture that looks like junk! I rotated cushions as instructed when delivered (every 3 months). The service manager told me I should have rotated them monthly. After I asked to speak to someone with more authority I was told I’d receive a phone call back. The next communication was an email telling me my case was closed because I did not rotate the cushions WEEKLY! They didn’t have the courtesy to come look at them. Over the years I have purchased sofas and loveseats from Macy’s, LazyBoy and Ashley’s for a fraction of the cost and never have I had any of that furniture deteriorate like this. No support, wrinkled material, wavy trim, etc. It’s only me and my husband so the furniture is used lightly since we have a family room that is primarily used. Read all reviews on all sites before you buy. I wish I never stepped in their store!

Amanda was very professional and a wealth of knowledge of the Ethan Allen product line. I have worked with EA for over 40 and would definitely work with Amanda when we need any furniture in the future.
