As a fully-licensed contractor, designer and builder, Quality By Design is fully qualified to construct your commercial or residential architectural plan to specification. To start with the good news: we got some artistic features incorporated into our home, which we really like and this was the main reason we chose to work with Zerik Scales, one of the Partners of Quality by Design aka Belle Hampton Properties aka Habitable Art. Unfortunately, our overall experience is nothing like the other "reviews". From the start, the crew was extremely unprofessional. We had to ask for them not to drink beer while working on our house several times and the site was always left filthy with cigarettes, beer cans and food waste everywhere. The worst part was Zerik's management and communication was unreliable - to the point that now we are trying to close final items, like potentially dangerous electrical wiring issues that have been ongoing for several months - and Zerik is not responding at all. Long story short, this has created a lot of work and anxiety for us and we have no idea if they even plan to complete our project or repair defective installations.

The professionalism that is displayed in their work is second to none, as you look at the different houses, each one has a wow factor and they ceased to amaze their customers!!

I enjoyed working with this team, they were very professional and pay very close attention to detail. These guys completed their idea of a transformation to the rehab and to my delight the property screamed of greatness. Not only that, but the rehab was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.

The work from the guys at Bellehampton is breathtaking and worthy of the front cover of Architectural Digest. The attention to detail that they put into the project and the unique timeless touches that they add has resulted in a custom home that will be beautiful for a long time. This is reflected in their entire portfolio of work.
