Craig is building a mountain house for us in North Georgia. We chose Craig to build our home because he is very responsive, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in designing and building our home. With his help, we were able to take ideas we found on Houzz and other websites and turn it into an actual floor plan, and now into a house. We feel completely satisfied with him managing the construction for us, as he is on site daily making sure all the work is done properly and according to his standards. He has significant experience building high end homes, which was very helpful in the decision making process when assessing the cost/benefit of various features because he has done it in the past and can tell you pros/cons. He will tell you if something will be very expensive to add, if he thinks it will look good, etc. but is also extremely flexible in terms of design. We felt our home was completely custom, not just selecting from a few options for each step of the building process. We communicate constantly, sometimes multiple times a day via text and email. Though he is busy with many other projects, it feels as if we are his only client because of how responsive he is. We felt the costs he provided were very reasonable, and when there were savings to be realized, those were passed onto us, and when we ran over budget on allowance items, he was transparent about the reasons for the increases (e.g., extra lights/fixtures, upgraded materials, etc). It may not be apparent from looking at a floor plan, but his high standards and very detailed process results in a very high quality product. We are happy we chose Craig to build our vacation home, would hire him again and would highly recommend him.

As a Real Estate and Architectural photographer I am presented with many styles and levels of craftsmanship and innovation. My latest commercial shoot this week was an inspiring delight featuring a custom home in North Georgia built by C.A.H. INC. The owner was present with the owner of CAH and both helped open up the home for me to photograph. They delightfully walked me through pointing out special things the would like me to shoot... and I was SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED with the beauty that they had created together! As I was shooting they comfortably sat in the living room chatting as if they were best friends. There was an impressive comfortable high-end feel the whole home. Craig built me my beautiful dream home in the North Georgia mountains. His first task was determining the logistics of building a 7000+ square foot home on a steep mountain ridge! He was so professional and competent and dependable from day one. He carefully reviewed our houseplans and made suggestions on how we could cut our costs. Since I was in south Florida during construction, I relied on his expertise from day one. We communicated mostly via email and he answered all my questions promptly. Even after the construction was completed, Craig was available to answer any questions I had about the house . Bottom line is that Craig built me a magnificent home that I absolutely love. It will be a family legacy for years and years to come.
