Dan and his team did a wonderful job painting our home. He was very detail oriented, and made sure everything looked great once the job was done. They even fixed some stucco that was in dire need of repair. He was professional, and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend Dan at CertaPro Painters.

I have been aware of CertaPro for many years but never had any painting needs. In January, after the purchase of our new home, we decided to have some interior work done. Dan Hutchins, of CertaPro, promptly got back to us and set up a free estimate. Our requested work consisted of painting the ceiling of both our kitchen and family room (which are attached) two accent walls, (1 in kitchen and 1 in family room), the remaining walls in the kitchen and family room, and repairing and painting the interior window trim. Additionally, we needed the tile around our fireplace to be painted and the area where we removed the old fireplace mantle, needed to be resurfaced, texturized, primed and painted. Dan was a true professional, the estimate was reasonable, and they were able to begin work in just two days. Dan's crew consisted of two workers, Ranfaris & Alex, both whom were also very professional, prompt and did an excellent job! What impressed me most about their work, other than their attention to detail, was how respectful of our property they were. Our entire floor, kitchen, hallways, living room, furniture, EVERYTHING, was covered with plastic, the crew wore special covers for their shoes anytime they were in the house, and at the end of the first day all of our essential kitchen and living room items were uncovered so we could still use them. Day 2, everything was recovered and protected. Myself and my family were very impressed with the final outcome. The quality of the work CertaPro did was superb, and I highly recommend them!

Dan Hutchinson was a referral from my neighbor. I experienced CertaPro as a coordinated, high integrity business. From the minute they evaluated my exterior painting needs, I felt taken care of. I wanted a professional who would match my colors and buy the paint for me. I wanted a recommendation on the type of paint that would repel dirt, make bird messes easy to clean and be a lasting color for my outside decks. They took "before" photos to back up our agreements. Clear instructions and customer contact lead up to the day of painting. Emphasis was placed on my expectations and needs. Problem areas were noted BEFORE the work started. My comfort and schedule were taken into consideration. The check was not cashed until I said I was still happy a week later. I'll be using them to paint inside my house too. If its going to last, it needs to be done right the first time. The staff was great to work with as you might expect!

This is our second time using CertaPro Painters of North San Diego. They first painted our entire exterior of our home and more recently, they removed wallpaper and painted our kitchen. The owner, Dan, is professional, accessible, and easy to work with. While the price was higher than some other advertisers, it is competitive with other licensed and bonded contractors and the entire experience and results are more than worth it. Employees arrive on-time, are knowledgeable, pay attention to detail, and clean up beautifully. Because of their experience, the job was completed well within the window of time we were given. When cleaning up, there was an accidental grease stain left on our paver-covered driveway from the new compressor used to clean brushes. THIS IS WHERE CertaPro SHINED! The painter returned multiple times over the next three days after the job completion, trying everything in their wheel house to remove the stain. Since nothing worked, Dan said he would pay to have the pavers replaced. True to his word, payment was promptly made on the day the pavers were replaced. It gives us unquantifiable peace of mind knowing we have found our paint company for all of our future painting needs. We highly recommend CertaPro.

Like the service very much. Everything was spelled out before the job was started. everyone was very nice and the painters did a great job. Had the outside trim done and doors. Looks great every time we look at it. Made my condo look new!
