“We contracted with Goodall to put an inground pool in and to build a back porch for us. The pool installation was 100%, with no issues. The landscaping went great as well. We ran into issues with the contracter that Goodall contracted to build the back porch. He did amazing work, but he was unreliable and slow. When someone spends that much money on a project, they should expect the contractor to communicate and get the work done on time. Overall we are very happy with our pool, porch and landscaping. It looks exactly like the drawings that Ed provided at the beginning of the project. Ed McGroarty is a great salesperson, and was amazing throughout the entire project from beginning to end. He is someone that we can rely on.”

“Crystal Pools were very good to work with. They had helped me in getting contacts for various aspects of setup - such as getting the appropriate permits, locating a qualified and electrician that was also recommended, and they were able to help me with the appropriate contacts for inspections. They had the electric installed within 1 working day of the installation of the pool. They also were very knowledgable and did a fantastic job with the pool installation. The technician came and spent the time i needed, which included going over some of the steps a few times, to review what i need to do to keep the pool working well and safely. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend this group.”

“We worked with Buddy's pool when we were exploring the possibility of putting a pool in our backyard. We contacted three companies and Buddy's is the only company that bid on the project as the other two companies were concerned about getting the equipment around the house as it is a tight fit. Buddy's did a great job with the pool and the hot tub that we decided to add on the deck adjacent to the pool. That was a stroke of genius to add the hot tub as in the Maryland area we have a shorter pool season but the hot tub extends it.”
