“My master bedroom remodeling was made by this company and supervised by the owner Amit Harael. Amit was able to maximize the space and to include what we needed. The master bedroom included the following : Shower and Bathtub New Floor (stone) Vanity with marble top Hardware and fixtures Some Lighting and outlets. what we liked at first was that Jacob had the vision and experience on how to move things around and to fit all of them in the budget that we had. thankfully enough, our budget was increased a little bit. the work started after the first items has been order by Jacob. due to the fact that jacob and his employees came each day to work, it only took 2.5 weeks to complete the bedroom. Jacob is professional and polite person with lots of patience. we didn't have any issue with him from start to finish. highly recommended company.”

“My husband and I had an old school 1958 pool in need of a serious update. Derian Pools created a magical new pool and outdoor fireplace for us. They designed a Baja bench in the pool we never would have thought of, and we enjoy it all the time. The new Jacuzzi and waterfall effects are gorgeous. “Garden View did an excellent job on designing and building my large outdoor kitchen. It included a barbecue, burners, fireplace, large counter areas, and stone base and pillars. He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”

“Over the years, our landscape design team has worked fluidly with the duo at Intex Design and Construction on various outdoor living spaces and pool water features throughout Los Angeles and the Beach Cities surrounding Santa Monica. Bringing clients their very best in service and creativity, we've joined forces with Sam & Alireza because of their dedication in providing top of the line service and their diligence in outlining each project onto a smooth timeline for delivering on time and under budget. With the joining of our two teams, we're able to bring a wide range of skills and global design concepts to each and every project. Meeting clients' needs and expectations are the top priority for both of our companies and together we're able to keep that at the forefront of each project. On our current project together, our teams are designing a complete outdoor living space in Santa Monica. The previous home was built in 1924 was a complete tear down. We're now developing plans for landscaping which will meet Santa Monica code, the issues surrounding the California drought, and the newly designed aesthetics of the home and new pool. I quickly discovered that there are many pool companies, pool designers, and individuals claiming to create visions. After reviewing numerous books, companies, looking at completed projects, and focusing on choosing the right individual and company, I chose Gary and would choose him again. Working with Gary proofed to be a positive, pleasant, and creative experience. The project was incredibly beyond my dreams, expectations, and is simply …timeless. Gary’s ability, talent, and creativity far exceeded any other pool designer. His work ethic, experience, and desire to create a project that would be a work of art set him and his company apart from the many other pool companies and designers.”

“I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.”

“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. You gave us our dream yard, one we can enjoy with our family and friends for years to come. #KennyandGaryare#1”

“My wife and I hired Sunset Designers and Builders to completely remodel our backyard. The project involved refurbishing our original pool that was built in 1957, adding a spa, new concrete decking, BBQ island/outdoor kitchen, deck/planter drains, fire pit, sitting wall, landscaping and yard lights. We are 100% happy with Sunset and glad we went with them over the other bidders. They are honest, timely, communicate openly and quickly and continue to drop by and check in on our backyard. We highly recommend Sunset.”
