“I hired Tom to design and build our gunite pool based on recommendations from the firm that did our landscaping. In my experience, pool builders are a sketchy bunch - I called no fewer than 4 companies for quotes. 2 never even bothered to show up to quote, 1 spent an hour measuring and never came back with a quote, and the final one was at my house for 10 minutes, wrote a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me - no details on equipment, lights, etc. Just a number and he left. Read other pool builder reviews and you'll see the same. Tom showed up numerous occasions to discuss the pool's function (are you doing laps, playing with kids, just floating with a drink?), and ultimately he's the one we hired. He hit every deadline, kept every promise, and has done a truly professional job for us. I probably could have spent less, but I am sure we would have paid in the end in lesser equipment, lesser quality, and more headaches. Pay now or pay later is what I always find in construction. I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros, and would use them again.”

“Best pool company I have ever worked with. From start to finish, the owner is always on the job. We had a different company build our pool and the only thing we got out of that build was aggravation. Work was sub-contracted out, we were overpriced, over promised and under delivered. Jason's company came in and fixed many of our issues. He even went above and beyond on my daughters birthday when the morning off the heater stopped working. Jason was there first thing and got it up and running for the birthday party. He even brought a birthday present. 1st Class All the way!”

“Craig and his team did a wonderful job designing and constructing an environmentally responsible, durable, and beautiful fence for The Doe Fund's urban farm in northern Harlem. In addition to the exceptional quality of the work itself, we were impressed by care and attention that went into all of their communication with our organization. We should also note that Craig and his team worked with a number of men participating in our transitional job training program during the project, and was able to provide them with a very valuable educational experience. We look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to work together again soon!”

“It's been a while but Grecian did my pool back in '09 and I haven't had a problem once! I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I was so thrilled at how quick it seemed to be for them to turn my grassy nome into a beautiful backyard! It was such a smooth and easy process as well, not many difficulties! I have a pear shaped pool and the liner and everything holds up wonderfully! Thank you so much, my summers and backyard gatherings have been complete ever since.”

“Frank is the best , I can't say enough, even though my pool wasn't put in by him he came and fixed the problems so we can finally enjoy it trouble free! Yes there is a maintence free pool ask frank to show u how... Don't even think of using someone else, he and his workers are a dream. In the past I dreaded opening the pool and the constant vacumming now his guys do its the best money spent.... cant say enough ! JUST SEE FOR YOUR SELF”
