“We had our entire house remodeled by the team at DJH Renovations. The transformation was more than we hoped for and it felt like stepping back into a new house. Like any big project there were some up and downs but the DJH Renovation team got everything sorted and up to a great standard. Special thanks to Rebecca for her amazing organizational skills, Dominic for managing the process and the council, Dan the builder and team for all their hard work and attention to detail, Austin for the best tiling work I have ever seen and Ian for keeping the electrics safe and running during the renovation.”

“I initially contracted Corey and his team after purchasing a 100 year old property in need of some TLC. The first job was quite small to ensure I had made the right decision. Since then Corey has undertaken the major renovation and several other smaller projects for me. I am experienced in employing building contractors and cannot be more impressed by the way Corey applies himself. He employs the best and expects the best, he is always available and does not get flustered when others do. If you are wanting someone to provide a complete service, taking responsibility for the daily hassle of coordinating the trades and ultimately for the provision of a quality end result I personally recommend him.”

“Great job on my bathroom renovation. Every contractor who worked on the project was respectful, hard working and professional. Project did run over schedule slightly but was well worth the time. Every stage was made easy with the planning done by Cameron, and I feel he really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Would recommend to friends and use again if ever needed.”

Given Omicron landed bang in the middle of our project Sharon’s professionalism, attention to detail, and problem solving ability saw the project completed on time albeit in difficult circumstances which was an exceptional result. We cannot speak highly enough of Sharon and her contractors. The quality of the finished product has exceeded our expectations and helped realise the vision we had for those spaces. “We contracted Pzazz Building to undertake a complete renovation of our twenty year old ensuite bathroom in March of this year. The renovation included total replacement of all fittings, tiling of both floor and walls, painting and electrical work. As the bathroom is located on the second level Pzazz tradesmen needed to gain access via the stairs. The work started on time, we were kept informed of progress right through the construction period and inconvenience to us was kept to an absolute minimum. Pzazz tradesmen completed their work to extremely high standards, provided valuable input and impressed us with their highly professional manner. We always felt comfortable with them in our home. The work was completed on time and on budget. We can thoroughly recommend the services of Matt & Sally Kerrigan at Pzazz Building.”

The building aspect of this project was challenging and because of JBH Building experience and attention to detail, they chose to discuss issues with us and then resolve with the owners, rather than just forge ahead with an inability to rectify. This has been invaluable to our build. Ours was a renovation - a substantial one.
