About Us

Caleys is a locally based NZ manufactures and supplier of Roller, Vertical, Venetian blinds. We provide a 10 year warranty on all fabric and components that we source and use in the manufacture of our roller blinds. Caleys will turn a blind order around within 10 workings days of receipt of an order or acceptance of a quote. Our Rivera Shutters are made of a PVC extrusion with an aluminium core. These are available in varying colours and come in different blade widths. This makes them ideal for New Zealand conditions, our Riviera Shutters (Interior) the Bermuda Shutters (Exterior)are covered for 5 years. Having had some issues with the blinds during the construction of our house, although not necessarily down to Caleys, however, when they did manufacture the blinds they made one blind 200mm short. I sent an email to them to express our dissatisfaction and instead of responding with an apology they simply referred us to contact our builder rather than them. Clearly they cant manage to take ownership of what is a very basic error, they simply wash there hands of this. They were happy to deal direct when there was a need for us to make compromises on what we had ordered but if there is an issue they dont want to deal direct. Very poor customer services and I wont be recommending them to anyone

Most impressed with the quality of Caleys blinds and the service we received. The blinds operate very smoothly and all care was taken to install them. Would totally recommend Caleys blinds and our installer. Many thanks.
