“If your looking to install a home lift then you really shouldn’t look further than Morgan Ellis. Despite the COVID pandemic Jeff has been fantastic. From our original ‘meeting’ via video to the showroom visits at the Sky House Design Centre to view the PVE lift and the Aritco Showroom, as well as the home visit with the builders, he’s been there to advise us. It was a huge decision for us to put a lift in with a lot of questions and queries and Jeff has been patient, understanding and supportive throughout and has always been responsive to calls and emails which is reassuring in a world where nobody ever seems to get back to you. “EeStairs designed the most fabulous staircase for our new build. The staircase is a central and prominent feature in our house and they were a delight to work with from start to finish. The design process was fun and very cooperative, they listened to our wishes and input-and improved on them. They worked seemlessly with our builders, the construction itself was impeccable. The whole process was on time and on budget and what was promised was delivered without a fault. To this day we receive nothing but compliments about the staircase. We will definitely use them again in our next build and recommend them highly.”

“SMET came to our rescue when in mid-project we realised we had a corrupt contractor and needed to change our approach to several aspects of the new extension including the staircase. Peter and Sander were very helpful and supportive online and by phone and shortly thereafter Sander made the long trip up to Argyll to confirm measurements etc. In due course, the team arrived to install the staircase and, by and large, this went well. There were, and remain, some aspects that disappoint but we and importantly our family and friends are pleased with the result and we remain appreciative of SMET’s customer service. Something went wrong in the factory such that one of the stair treads was resized smallet by the factory without telling anyone and, as a result, the bullnose is less impactful than Peter had designed and we had approved. And it took some time before the issues with the factory applied staining were addressed by a local French Polisher to get a bit closer to what we all expected. SMET agreed to a discount to resolve the matter. Perhaps not surprising given the size of the project and the location but disappointing none the less no one from SMET has made a post installation visit. But if we were in the same place again we would certainly think of using SMET.”
