This commission was for an urban family home, designed in 2004/2005 in a Parkside location on the rear of a site the clients already owned.. The commission called for functional family spaces for a couple with young children, including a work from home or separate guest space. A constrained footprint area meant going up and providing the accommodation on 3 levels. Formal and informal living was located on the mid level opening out, by use of bi-fold doors, onto a large entertainment deck and pool.
