Review for Innovative Design Build

We had our whole house renovated including expanding the back of our two-story house with additional foundation and deck, and new front porch. We actually began working with Innovative and Clark almost a year before the project start date including the initial interview, discussions of proposed renovations, meetings with our architect Cinci. The actual project took 6 months to complete (which Clark was right on with the projected timeline). Throughout the whole process Clark and the Innovative team made us feel comfortable in a normally stressful situation. They were courteous and prompt. They cleaned up the site every day they worked. When there were unexpected issues, Clark was very helpful in giving us some unbiased suggestions and options. He and his team listened to our needs and concerns and acted on them professionally. Aisling was very helpful with arranging tile/stone and cabinetry selections, arranging vendors, etc.

Most importantly, Clark and his team have great integrity and pride in their work. Even when the subcontractor made a mistake, they made sure that the problem was corrected to our satisfaction at no additional cost. After the project was completed, for the next year, Innovative stood by their work and came back to make any corrections, big or small.

Needless to say, we have been very pleased and happy with Clark and Innovative Construction. We highly recommend them. We still have another smaller project and plan to hire Clark and his team again.
