I went with black knobs for my Wolf range. I think the extra set is at no cost, so I have the red knobs that came with the range, but I also got the black ones, and those are the ones I use. If they are no cost, you can always try the brass if you really want them - and maybe find out the cost for another set if you change your mind and want the stainless - ?

I went with the red knobs on my Wolf range for just a "pop" of color amidst the stainless appliances/chestnut cabinets/African Ivory and Absolute Black counters/island and white/beige/grey swirl floor. Use red banded white dishtowels and have two red ceramic utensil holders on the counter.

I debated about the black knobs also, but not the plain stainless it just seemed too "same" to me.

Is it really brushed brass? It wasn't when I was looking back in 2017. Found a photo in my kitchen remodel files ... shiny gold.

I would want to see a current photo of the product.

Seperate griddle that sits over the two burners on the left works great! It's a lot more space, higher temps. (also high and low heat spots to use when I make philly steak sandwiches) . Someone above mentioned get built in because "if I had six burners going at one time I should have been short order cook!" the burners all have a different purpose, to me the middle burner is worth it over a built in griddle. (my top right is best for low flame simmer or melt, the two on the left are the all purpose burners. middle is the high heat/or simmer (used the most) and the bottom right is the second high heat one.) . I don't use them at the same time, but I do use them all depending on need . :)
