Can this go down to about 30 inch height? - I have a bar counter thatsabout 42 inches in height and I'm looking for a stool that goes to about 29 1/2 - 30 inches in height.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date? - I would like to order this item now, but to be delivered after May 16th. If I do decide to order now, would that be a possibility?
