Barep Court Project
At the rear patio area a wall was built into the side of the patio, allowing space for a long window and external bar, which can in future allow for a BBQ, sink and TV on the wall. This wall and the window at the end of the bench allows for much needed protection from the cold southerly wind and rain. The old kitchen cabinets were recycled here and the timber benchtop is made from cheap pine sleepers, some hardwood off-cuts were added to the wall above to continue the timber feature. A hot water unit and storage was also added. the entire cost for this areas renovation was approx $700.
