This is a great arrangement for the main living room. The middle of living room can serve as a conversation but also for TV viewing. The cabinets around the fireplace extend to other side of the living known to be the TV viewing area. However, the cabinets would have to be redesigned around the large window. This is a good floor plan to utilize both areas of this living room.
