Glentham Road

A conversion of an industrial unit, the ceiling was left unfinished, along with exposed columns and beams. The newly polished concrete floor adds sparkle, and is softened by a oversized rug for the lounging sofa. Large movable poufs create a dynamic space suited for transition from family afternoons to cocktails with friends. The linear fire adds warmth but is modern. The fabric walling softens the noise of the space also.

Hidden storage which becomes a feature, draw the eye with a focal point, balance the colours. Pair back items in neutral colours and add a colour pop to make the storage disappear almost. Maintain the pop throughout the room to tie the scheme together. Keep furniture clear legged to add the feeling of space and not clutter. Keep colours neutral as a base to help the room still feel airy and spacious despite large furnishings.
