Like the feel of this window seating area with the window at end and on side. Unsure whether windows would come so low or if the should stop about 6 or so inches above the mattress height to allow for curtains to lean against. Window seating needs to double as a twin bed,so needs to be a metre wide. Drawers underneath for bedding and other storage
