Kitchen Express designed and built this new home build Kitchen, Scullery & Laundry in Christchurch.
Our brief was for spacious workable areas in a simple design that would suit their busy family of 5.
Increasing the walkthrough space in the kitchen between the cooker & island helped with brief - allowing multiple people to be working in the kitchen at once while allowing room to move about easily. The placement of the appliances was also paramount to ensure no clashes occurred.

The scullery was required to house often used kitchen appliances on the benchtop plugged in and ready to use. We included a small black undermounted sink in this area for clean up & using the coffee machine situated nearby. Storage in Blum space tower drawers & corner hardware from Fit NZ achieved all of the clients goals for ease of access and maximum storage space.

With 3 busy children our client wanted a laundry that had room for all of the laundry needs. Space for folding clean washing & also racks for drying & hanging shirts.
The laundry hampers we installed are black metal ventilated Tanova drawers made in New Zealand & supplied by Fit Hardware NZ. They are powder coated black to match the black accents in this stunning home.
We also undermounted a large stainless steel tub from Acero into the acrylic benchtop.
Open shelving added interest to this area as well as extra storage.
