The new kitchen area with wide views over the garden. The client had the island side on to the rear dining table, so the island could have a sink OR hob on it. Client opted for the sink on this occasion.

A pure view of the new living area. Centered around the TV and framed by the bi-fold doors to the rear elevation. The bright colours selected by the client really contrast well against the white back-drop.

The new kitchen area. The design included a large open hallway with everything pushed up to the ceiling. As you walk in the front door, the open plan feel with bright garden views hits you square in the face... and it is wonderful!!

For such a wide opening, a central pier was required. You may notice a down-light located at the bottom of the pier to make this a feature and to show off wall art that the client will install into the future.
