We are currently constructing two new homes in East Sussex, and each of them will have three levels. The first level will be an open living space, and the second level will have three double bedrooms. The levels will be interconnected by a staircase that will feature a large roof light. Our expected completion date for the construction is Q1 2025.

To ensure the privacy of the occupants, the houses will be positioned to face away from the neighboring property. The use of hit-and-miss brickwork, a unique feature, will not only add visual interest to the houses but also provide privacy to the rear-facing rooms. The brickwork will be handmade and deep red in color, matching the existing brickwork. A pigment concret plinth will form the base of the houses.
