Located in the heart of one of Tribeca's most prestigious streets, 79-81 Warren Street is PACS Architecture's first foray into designing a new classically-inspired façade that is seamlessly integrated with new state-of-the-art modern interiors. The project's elegant limestone and brick façade conceals the complexity of design work required to pull off this new mixed-use development. Once completed, the new structure will contain twelve residential units, including two duplex penthouses with private terraces, one large duplex commercial unit, and interior and exterior amenity spaces for all residential tenants.
