Our clients own this apartment and the one next door, in a central Auckland apartment building. Last year we completely renovated the three bedroom apartment and our clients have moved into their newly completed apartment. This year we have completely renovated the two bedroom apartment they used to live in. This apartment is being renovated for sale, we have completely redesigned the kitchen opening it up to the living space, rather than being a closed off cramped kitchen. We completely stripped out the two bathrooms and added more storage, texture and colour, with a touch of luxury. All the flooring surfaces were uplifted and a timber laminate flooring was used in the living areas with carpet used in the bedrooms and hallway. We have used a lovely warm neutral base that future owners can add their own colour through accessories, art and furniture.
