The novel design incorporates an additional entertainment wing, comprising new bathrooms and ensuites, a rooftop balcony, a spiral staircase connecting the garden and pool area with the upper-level entertainment space, and the introduction of a container pool.
Following three years of relishing the accomplished renovation, our client successfully sold the property at a landmark price in Ponsonby in 2021.
