Tony gave us realistic options with 3D illustrations and sun/shading visuals. His communication was efficient, easy, and to the point. We never felt that he was working with us while based in the northern hemisphere, halfway around the world. Tony arranged together with the builder all necessary permits and inspections, as well as attending timely to all requests of details or changes.
