Founded by director Andrew Ward, Mod Architecture is a boutique architectural design company based in Tauranga covering many types of architecture. We have worked on all genres of architecture including residential, multi storey, mixed use, hospitality, education, office fit out and government department. We have also diversified into industrial product rendering and technical design for the installation of building systems such as cladding and solar systems. Our design and service is founded on the following principles: Design for the client and the landscape Produce timeless design that comes from simplicity and proportion Be innovative - architecturally, structurally and functionally Mod Architecture is dedicated to all forms of architecture. No project is too big or small. But what we really love is simple and honest architecture. Through clever detailing and material choice this does not need to be expensive. Simplicity and proportion, that's the key. We love the challenge of finding new ways to create this type of design without sacrificing the architecture and building quality.
