Garage Conversion - Contemporary Bed and Bath Interior Remodel

Need an extra room but do not want to add on to the house? This client converted one half of their two car garage into a guest bedroom and bath that can also be used as a media/game room for entertaining. In order to preserve the integrity of the house, the outside of the garage was remodeled to match the existing house, resulting in a look like it had always been a room rather than a conversion. This was achieved by adding three high windows to match existing exterior windows and filling in with a similar brick pattern.

Inside, french doors lead in to the extra room and can either be closed off for privacy or opened up to extend a larger space for entertaining guests.
