Mt Bonnell Whole House Remodel
Complete Interior Remodel by Austin Impressions,
with Interior Design by PL&D/Patrick Landrum Design
The Mt Bonnel project began as a 1980′s dated original with dark, worn interiors and aging issues. The whole house renovation placed priority on admitting more natural light and updating the look to a contemporary showpiece. Opening up the flow of the space to give the home a connectivity it sorely lacked brought a total transformation.
We freshened it up with great ideas contributed by Patrick Landrum and design details including contrasting gold-toned floors in a beautiful Brazilian Tiger Wood, with dark-painted wood doors and warm yellow and beige walls. An array of slate stone accents throughout the house provide continuity, while a sleek, efficient, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances expands on this feel in a creative way.
It looks warm, crisp and strong, all at once. Our collaboration with the interior designer and the homeowner co-created a new beautiful, functional space that flows.
